# Slamming Naveen Patnaik Over Past Inaction, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari Reviews Kotia Progress; Warns AP Against Border Violations

**BHUBANESWAR:** Odisha Revenue and Disaster Management Minister [Suresh Pujari](https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=%2Fg%2F11flbt8gn3&q=Suresh+Pujari) chaired the third high-level committee meeting focused on the comprehensive development of the disputed Kotia region, providing a detailed report on extensive welfare and infrastructure advancements over the past two years.

Addressing ongoing border disputes, Minister Pujari issued a stern warning against outside interference, asserting that those laying claim to the region must respect judicial boundaries. The Minister stated that holding elections in Kotia constitutes a direct violation of the Supreme Court's orders. He noted that while multiple diplomatic discussions were previously held with Andhra Pradesh—including during the YSR Congress Party government administration—the Odisha government remains firm and will block any external schemes attempting to operate within Kotia.
