# Odisha Ministers Launch ₹26 Crore Transport Projects in Jharsuguda; Belpahar Bus Stand Inaugurated

**JHARSUGUDA:** In a major boost to the regional transport network and rural-urban connectivity, the Government of Odisha has rolled out key infrastructure projects worth over **₹26 crore** in Jharsuguda district.

The developmental push features the inauguration of the state-of-the-art **‘Atal Bus Stand’ in Belpahar**, the foundation-stone laying ceremony for a new bus terminal in Lakhanpur, and the expansion of the regional **‘Mukhyamantri Bus Seva’ (MBS)** network.

The ceremonies were attended by several high-ranking state and regional leaders, including:

Speaking at the launch, **Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhushan Jena** reiterated the government's core mission:

The newly operational infrastructure and additional transit lines are designed to establish direct links between rural pockets and urban employment centres.
